Well, so much has happened since I last posted. I got a job, had a very bad dental accident, my favorite cousin is moving to montana, sold my horse (to the cousin who is moving!), and bought a new horse (which I will be starting a new blog on soon! It will be called Aimee & Kate: one step at a time! watch for it!).
The wedding is coming together nicely, but not nearly as nicely as I had hoped.. I have three bridesmaids and two junior bridesmaids. One of my three big bridesmaids has too big a chest to fit into any of the darn patterns I picked out for my aunt to make the dresses. Now I'm one dress short and about 100 nerves til' I break.
Oh, I forgot about my first wedding dress. The seamstress RUINED IT. I went to amy's alterations in Bellingham, WA. She told me she could alter the dress, when in fact it could not be altered. she altered it at the zipper (which you are never suppose to do to a wedding dress) and she ruined it. I would have to be dolly parton to fit into that dress! So I ended up getting my money back, I'm having another lady fix it for 30 bucks. I went to davids bridal in burlington and bought a brand new dress (which I like more :]). Anyways, everything as far as wedding stuff goes is coming along except that stuff. Which could be better, but I shouldn't complain there are some people who don't have a wedding dress at all.
We're having the wedding at Totem Terrace Park. At the Aluminum Refinery my Father, Brother, and Fiance work at. They have a really nice park way out in the back that overlooks the water! It's an amazing view and I cannot wait to get married there! I had the trial run for my hair today and it went well.
Jcpenny salon is great. The girl I'm going through there is named Juana. She is an awesome latina girl that you don't feel uncomfortable talking to! So many times I've had horrible stylists who can't hold up a conversation and make you feel completely uncomfortable. & nobody wants to feel uncomfortable while getting their hair done, even if the stylist is AMAZING at what they do. ESPECIALLY ON THEIR WEDDING DAY!

Time for a new job!!
Well, it has come time to find a new job. Especially after I got my cell phone bill. Which was about $80.00 more than it was suppose to be. Crap? I like to think so.
So, I have an interview at Kmart. I don't want to work there, but it's a job you know? Wedding's don't pay for themselves... Neither do parents if you live in the real world (I'm not saying mine aren't helping, but they sure as heck ain't payin' for the whole thing)!!! As far as I am concerned, as long as Kmart pays me for the hours I work (unlike my other job I had) I'll have no problem working for them.
Oh, My poor doggie (5 lb female chihuahua). She's got problems with her knee's... they keep giving out.. but I don't have the money for her surgery.. so I've been keeping her in her large kennel 99% of the time. But, atleast her knee's are healing again. The vet say's she'll be fine if I pamper her for about two weeks like this. And it's never failed before, so I think it'll be fine! I just feel so bad for her...
Speaking of doggies, My mom just got rid of the two puppies I acquired from my brother's ex.. I was hoping to keep them. Smartest darn dogs I've ever had.. and she gets rid of them! Crap? I think so too.
I've almost got the paper I needed from the highschool so I can go to the college and get my GED. I have to go in on monday and sign some stuff. Then pick up my paper!!!! I'm really excited. The sooner I get my paper, the sooner I get my GED and the sooner I get to take college classes so I can get a real job (Real Estate)!!!!! I'm extremely excited!!!
I've been so tired lately, it's rediculous!! I've been really sick though, too. That explains it. I'm always sick during this time of year. Now through late spring I'm constantly sick!! That's what no immune system gets you!
I'm drinking one of ross's pepsi's. I shouldn't be, because I hate pepsi. But it's something other than water to drink. This pepsi is okay though, it's been refrigerated in my fridge.. which means it's the coldest in there you can get without actually freezing something. : ]
I should go clean my bedroom, but I think that I'm going to take a nap on the couch instead : ]

The start of it all!
Ah yes, The start of it all!
Ross and I met around the end of june. The Twenty ninth I believe. A couple of my friends had been playing pool at park bowl & I was convinced to tag along. I showed up late of course, it took them a while to convince me to just come and play pool.. It eventually worked.. I showed up, expecting just them and the guy my friend had been crushing on. I showed up, and come to find it was about 5 people I did not know. lol. I'm a fairly shy person. So, it wasn't something I was looking forward too..
My friend Briyanna met me outside.. we walked in and I immediately noticed a pretty good looking guy playing pool at the same table we were. I knew it had to be a friend of one of her friends.. I was right. He had come up from Shelton, WA. To hang out with his friends. My first thought? LOVELY, of course. I choose the guy who lives at the opposite end of the state! Just my luck. But, That didn't stop us from falling madly in love with eachother. We hardly talked that night... But, We all hung out the next night after they got back from the water park. :]
We all decided to go to a park and hang out.. swing, slide.. just like we were little kids again! It was a blast. I was really hoping to talk to Ross more that night... He must have read my mind! I had been swinging with friends, when he walked up and pulled me away from everybody else.. so we could actually get to know eachother.. we asked eachother all the normal boring questions.. (where'd you grow up? What's you're favorite sport?... etc. etc.).. It was a pretty warm summer night.. around 1 in the morning.. but.. of course it had to start getting cold.. and me being the most forgetful person on the face of the planet forgot my jacket at my friend's house. So, we eventually retreated back to the vehicles. Briyanna and her friends in my car, and ross and I in his... we were still talking about boring stuff... but we eventually ran out of things to talk about... it got really quiet.. I ended up spacing out and looking out the window, when he asked me what I was thinking about.. out of impulse, I answered completely honestly..."I'd really like to kiss you"...then I realized I said it out loud. I'm so glad it was dark out.. I was the brightest shade of magenta you could possibly find! To my surprise, this response did not bother him. When I turned to look at him...He kissed me! I knew, right then and there, he was the guy I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I had never felt that way before! I couldn't walk, talk.. or anything else you regularily do on a daily basis... We hung out every day for the next four or five days... Until he had to go back to shelton. But, we had exchanged phone numbers! The night he left and got back to shelton, he called me as soon as he got home.. We talked for about 3 hours.. during that three hours the dating subject came up.. we both knew we wanted to date eachother.. Well, I wanted to marry him.. but I figured that would be a little startling. ;]
So, we were basically beating around the bush for around twenty minutes until he finally asked me to be his girlfriend, I accepted of course! From then on it just kept getting better. We were a little over a month when he proposed! I said yes, obviously.
He lives up here now, and everything is amazing. We're in the process of planning the wedding! It's a very stressful, exciting thing to do! We're hoping for this August!
